Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YS Academy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Membership & Access

YS Academy offers monthly membership plans that grant access to live workshops, recorded lessons, and community features. Access is granted to the individual who purchases the membership and may not be shared or transferred.

3. Payments & Billing

• Membership fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to update pricing. Existing members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price change.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the Service, contact us within 7 days and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, recordings, lesson materials, and resources provided through YS Academy are the intellectual property of Yusuf Suhair. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any content from the Service without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials or grant access to others.
• Record or redistribute workshop sessions without permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, spam, or abuse other members in the community.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

YS Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, employment, or income as a result of using the Service. Results shared by members are individual and not typical.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YS Academy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active members of material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
